Mark Heller,who is Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has been told he is incompetent by judge Jim Dabney!
The judge who is presiding on Lindsay's cases told Heller that he is not fit to practice law in California. He is therefore advising the troubled actress to get another lawyer who is fit for the job or will be given the option to have an able lawyer from California.
According to the judge,Heller did not follow the California law when he filed legal papers.This led to the judge denying to dismiss the charges levied against her.
The judge is reported to have blasted Heller for trying to blame Lindsay's former lawyer.He said the lawyer knows nothing about criminal law and seems to be unable to handle the cases.
To make matters worse for Heller,the lawyer who sponsored him did not show up in court.The judge went on to say Heller's sponsor has never practiced law no wonder the attorney is incompetent.
