Cops interviewed Gavin, her assistant, and according to sources, he told the cops that he was riding shotgun and that Lindsay was the one driving the car!

Well, do you remember Lindsay's story? Yeahp! She lied to the cops. She said that she was a passenger in her car but apparently authorities believe Gavin's word more than hers. So, she will be charged for lying to the cops. Gavin's story actually fits with the account of the truck driver.
