Lohan Arrested Again

.com/celebs/lindsay_lohan'>Lindsay Lohan was just arrested today for hitting a bystander with her car and running off without doing anything about it. Law enforcers say that she was actually pulling in to park her car downtown near the Dream Hotel in NYC. She allegedly hit the knee of a guy around the age of 30.

We were told that one of Lindsay's friends who was a passenger in her car even got out of the said car and checked for dents but Lindsay just went on ahead inside the hotel afterwards. So, when LiLo eventually got out of the hotel, the cops were there to arrest her.

Lindsay's rep, however, says that she had no idea whatsoever that she actually hit someone and was very shocked to be arrested upon leaving the hotel.

She says that there's really something fishy about the situation because the man was well built and didn't even have any visible injuries.
