Madonna Celebrated Birthday With Polish Fans During Concert

August 17, 2009

Madonna celebrated her birthday with her Polish fans. The "4 Minutes" singer was performing in Warsaw on Saturday night when the huge audience launched into a rendition of traditional Polish birthday song "Sto Lat" ahead of her turning 51 on Sunday.

Lyrics include: "Good luck, good cheer, may you live a hundred years."

The overwhelmed pop star told the crowd: "I feel your love!"

During the show - part of her "Sweet and Sticky world tour - Madonna also paid an emotional tribute to the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, who died in June aged 50.

A dancer impersonating the "Bad" singer performed his iconic moonwalk dance move on stage while wearing a sequined jacket, white glove, white socks and a white T-shirt.

A large photograph of the legendary singer as a youngster was also displayed.

Madonna shouted to fans: "Let's give it up for one of the greatest artists the world has ever known."
