Mark Wahlberg and Will Smith will stand to get a staggering \$1 million each if they will fight each other in the ring. The Hollywood Boxing Federation has offered the A-list actors, who both played professional boxers in films, box against each other for their favorite charities in Las Vegas.

According to the CEO of the boxing federation, Damon Feldman, it would be great to see both stars put their boxing skills to a test. Both have trained with professional boxers to prepare for their film roles.

Wahlberg currently portrays retired junior welterweight pro boxer Micky Ward in the film "Fighter," while Smith played ring legend Muhammad Ali in the 2001 film "Ali."

Feldman told RadarOnline.com, "This will be a great opportunity for both stars to fight in the Superbowl of Hollywood boxing and to donate of Hollywood boxing and to donate millions to their favorite charities."

"It would be a great event, too. Can you imagine?"

The idea is to have Wahlberg and Smith fight for three, one-minute rounds, though Feldman doesn't think that they will really rip each other out.

"We're just hoping they get into the ring and have a little fun duking it out."

The scheduled date for the fight is on February 26 somewhere in Vegas. Wahlberg and Smith haven't responded yet to the offer.
