Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen Add Handbags to Their Line at Barneys

LA, CA, United States (Celebrity News Service) - Mary Kate and Ashley have always been active in the fashion world-and they just became even more involved. The twins have added a line of high-end handbags to their line, The Row, at Barneys New York.

Nine different bags will be available, including a day tote, a backpack, a doctor back, and classic shoulder bag. There will also be a metal-framed minaudiere twin and laptop twin.

Mary Kate and Ashley interviewed each other about the bags to promote the addition to their line. Ashley asked, "If you could raid any person's wardrobe (alive or dead), who would it be?" Mary Kate's answer? "Picasso."

Mary Kate then asked her sister about her favorite piece of clothing from their line. Ashley answered, "I would have to say our first t-shirt. We have evolved so much since that first tee, but every collection is based on the same standards-luxurious fabrics, impeccable fit, and the highest level of quality."

Barneys adds that the bags are "sleek and sophisticated, blending old-world glamour with contemporary chic- a rare balance that has come to define The Row, season after season."
