Looks like Meat Loaf is suing himself. Not! He is suing his impersonator. He claims that the now well-known Meat Loaf impersonator hijacked Meatloaf.org and now wants it for himself. Michael Aday, the real Meat Loaf has filed a case in LA County Court against Dean Torkington, the impersonator, who is based in the UK. He claims that he registered such a domain name in bad faith and with intention to exploit it to mislead Meat Loaf fans. He wants Torkington to shutdown such website and give him the domain. Add to that $100,000 in damages. |
