Mena Suvari wants to design her own wedding dress. The actress - whose fiance music producer Simone Sestito designed her diamond engagement ring - plans to work with a close friend to create her dream gown. Mena, who announced her engagement in July, said: "I want to work with my friend Stacy, who designs Alice + Olivia, to design a dress." "I really want it to be romantic and like a fairytale wedding. It's all very new to me. Even though I have been down that road before, I never have done any of these preparations so there's a lot of stuff to do." "American Beauty" star Mena - who was previously married to Robert Brinkman, a 46-year-old cinematographer - also revealed she is planning to use an upcoming trip to the Rome Film Festival to find a location for the wedding, as the couple hope to marry in Italy. However, Mena and Simone are not believed to be planning the nuptials for any time soon. A source close to the 29-year-old actress recently revealed: "They're taking their time planning the wedding. They are in no rush." |
