Michael Jackson's estate wants court to throw brothers' baby mama out of his house

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to throw out Jermaine and Randy Jackson's baby mama and her kids from the King of Pop's residence.

Alejandra Jackson has so far refused to move out even a condo offer.

Last year, the family matriarch has asked Alejandra and her kids, who are fathered by both Randy and Jermaine, to move out after deciding that she can't handle that much kids anymore. She is the legal guardian of Michael's three children - Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Katherine and Michael's estate have generously offered Alejandra a condo Michael owned in the San Fernando Valley so they wouldn't be homeless. But Alejandra reportedly wanted more.

The house is scheduled for renovation, but TMZ sources said that Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage by refusing to leave.

And so the estate has gone to court to order Alejandra and her brood - Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. - to move out on the grounds that they are not beneficiaries of Michael's will and have no claim to the property.
