Michael Jackson's Kids Likely To Be In Grandmother's Care

June 26, 2009

Michael Jackson's children may be given in his mother's custody. According to the family's longtime lawyer, the three kids will probably end up in their grandmother Katherine Jackson's care.

Brian Oxman told RadarOnline.com that "Probably Mrs. Jackson will take care of them. She loves them dearly," adding that the kids are still in Los Angeles with a nanny.

The King of Pop has fathered three children: Prince Joseph Jackson, Jr., known as "Prince," and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson from Deborah Jeanne Rowe, the music star's ex-wife, and Prince Michael II, known as "Blanket," from an anonymous surrogate mother.

Rowe has given Jackson full custody rights of the children after they divorced in 1999.
