Michael Jackson's mom claims he did not trust his estate executor

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Michael Jackson's mother is lashing out at one of the executors of his estate. Katherine Jackson claims in a court document that her son never even liked John Braca, adding that the King of Pop was worried he stole from him.

Katherine filed a declaration in a case involving Michael's old charity, the Heal the World foundation. The documents state that the Jackson matriarch is furious that the estate is going after the organization for using her son's image and likeness without permission.

She said in the papers obtained by TMZ, "Michael would be very upset if he knew that our charity was being torn down by people who say they are doing what he wanted."

She stated that Michael did not like Branca when he was alive, saying, "Mr. Branca was a man that my son was very worried about."

"Michael told me on more than one occasion that he did not like this man and did not trust him, he told me that John had stolen from him."

And as if to reiterate her point, Katherine said, "This lawsuit is exactly the type of awful thing that Michael said he was capable of doing."

Katherine also wants the estate to support Heal the World financially.

A representative of Michael Jackson's estate fired back, saying Katherine's declaration "contains many lies" and are just a "pathetic attempt to hurt the man who single-handedly… resurrected Michael's image and fortune."

The estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, told TMZ, "I would like to think that someone else prepared this for her and she just signed what she was asked to."

"The Jackson family has NO rights to determine what charities receive money from Michael's estate but Mrs. Jackson will certainly have input."

"The executors have also seen to it that Mrs. Jackson, as Michael wished, continues to live in the style Michael provided for her by paying off the mortgage on Hayvenhurst; renting a palatial home for Mrs. Jackson and the children to live in while Hayvenhurst is being renovated; and paying for all of her and the children's needs."
