Michael Jordan alledged to be a dad to a teenage boy

Michael Jordan has been dragged to court by one Pamela Smith who alleges that the the former athlete is the father of her 16-year old son.

Pamela,48,is reported to have filed papers on 6th February claiming that Jordan is the dad to Grant Pierce Jay 'Taj' Jordan Reynolds.

According to the papers,Pamela claims she got pregnant in 1995 when the Charlotte Bobcats owner was married to Juanita Vanoy.

To put the matter to rest,Pamela is asking Jordan to take a paternity test,and pay child support there after.She wants him to share medical costs that are not covered by insurance.She also wants her son to have the same last name as the basketball star "Jordan".

A friend to Pamela has also said that the 16-year old boy was conceived in love and she was Jordan's girlfriend,not a baby mama.

According to April Love,the pair met in 1988 and begun dating,but their relationship ended in two years.About Pamela's decision to go public with the paternity suit,April said she has been supporting the boy alone but now the son wants to have a relationship with his father,which has made her pursue the matter in court.She wants Jordan to do the right thing.

In December it emerged that Taj was trying to catch the attention of Jordan when he released a YouTube video claiming he was Jordan's son.

Because Pamela does not have legal representation the Paternity case will be heard on March 12.

The 50-year old former athlete is currently engaged to his long time girlfriend,Yvette Prieto,a cuban model.
