Michael Lohan busted for domestic violence

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan has been arrested on three felony charges Tuesday evening after his unnamed girlfriend accused him of domestic violence. The 50-year-old ex-Wall Street trader was booked for inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization.

According to People magazine, sheriffs received a call around 9 p.m. over a domestic dispute. Michael was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near the police station, showing no signs of intoxication and has been cooperative.

Sheriffs declined to identify the victim, who suffered minor injuries and has refused medical treatment.

Lt. John Ratto added to the magazine that Michael complained of a medical condition not related to the incident while he was at the station. He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he currently remains.

His bail is set at $200,000.
