He tells TVGuide.com, "I'm going to do a one-hour special. Everyone is going to hear everything for themselves."

The attack comes after a series of verbal bashings the father and daughter exchanged in public. Michael had first said that his famous daughter's girlfriend Samantha Ronson is only using Lindsay's popularity to sell her upcoming memoir.

Then, Lindsay blasted her dad saying he's a public embarrassment and hungry for attention. Of course, Michael had word for everything, claiming Dina is a two-face for telling him one thing and pretending to be another. She allegedly told him that she wanted Samantha out of Lindsay's life, contrary to what she told their daughter.

Michael continues, "I have it all on tape - all recorded, time and date-stamped. You will hear it all. I have 101 text messages between Lindsay and I, and I have about 60 tape recordings of Dina."

"Dina's a hypocrite and I'm tired of it."

Although he did not give the show's specific, Michael says it is "definitely" happening.
