.com/celebs/miley_cyrus'>Miley Cyrus had a difficult problem with a certain scissor-wielding man who snuck into her property a month ago. Well, he was finally convicted of trespassing today and will probably be seeing around 18 months in jail.

Jason Luis Rivera, the intruder, was found guilty of trespassing as well as resisting arrest in the LA courtroom. As reported, Rivera was found carrying a pair of scissors upon his arrest and cops believe that he probably jumped over the fence of Miley's home.

He told cops that he just wanted to see the pop star. Well, it looks like he will never be able to do that and will be seeing more of his inmates behind bars.
