Miley Cyrus Splits From Boyfriend Justin Gaston

Miley Cyrus has reportedly split from Justin Gaston. The "Hannah Montana" star and the underwear model - who have been dating since last year - have said their "goodbyes" and are now both trying to get over the break-up.

Giving an indication of how she's feeling, Miley, 16, wrote on her popular Twitter page: "'my heart is in two... and its all because of you.' a song I am starting to write :) (sic)."

While Justin, 21, wrote: "Haven't been this miserable in a looong time."

Miley recently revealed she and Justin would be spending time apart as she worked on the new "Hannah Montana" TV series as well as going on tour in September.

She said: "He's got his own thing going on. But I am just continuing to work hard and definitely have the whole tour going on and my clothing line and the movie."

The singer-and-actress recently spoke of her admiration for Justin.

She said: "The best thing that's happened to me in a long, long time has been meeting Justin, because he's the most respectful and selfless person I've ever known."
