Miley Files A Restraining Order |

It was previously reported that .com/celebs/miley_cyrus'>Miley Cyrus had an intruder in her home back in .com/celebs/september'>September. The intruder, Jason Luis Rivera, was apprehended and is currently behind bars but Miley seems to be really scared of the guy. Just recently, she even filed a restraining order against him last October 30 just in case he gets out of jail. In case you don't know, Jason got in Miley's property with a scissor. He is now behind bars for trespassing and resisting arrest. Miley who filed the request last Tuesday apparently got it signed on the very same day. Rivera must stay at least 1000 yards away from Miley when he gets out after a year and a half. |
