Miranda Cosgrove reveals she got accepted into NYU and USC

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Miranda Cosgrove has gone from the cute kid actress in "School of Rock" and the bubbly tween in "iCarly" to an upcoming college freshman. The 17-year-old Nickelodeon star excitedly revealed that she's been accepted into two colleges: NYU and USC.

Miranda was at the Elle Women in Music event on Monday night when she spilled the good news.

She told Hollywood Life, "I just found out I got into NYU and USC! It's cool."

Choosing between New York University and University of Southern California is a dilemma for the young star. Her dad went to USC, and would love to see his daughter become a USC Trojan, but on the other hand, Miranda loves New York, and would love to live in the city.

But it seems she has everything figured out.

She continued, "I would love to go to one for two years and the other for two years."

As for her major, the actress/singer would be taking film.
