Black Eyed Peas Spend Another Record-Breaking Week At The Top Of Billboard's Hot 100

Another week, another record-breaking week at the top for the Black Eyed Peas, who have officially spent half a year at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "I Gotta Feeling" is at #1 yet again this week and has spent 14 weeks at the top this week, while "Boom Boom Pow" spent 12 at #1 also, making it the 26th week that the group has spent at #1 on the singles chart. "I Gotta Feeling" is currently tied with Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" for having spent the most weeks at #1 this decade. Another week at #1, and the Peas will take the record.

But Jay Sean keeps inching closer to the top with "Down," at #2 this week. His sales and airplay are nearly neck-and-neck with the Peas and he could be the one to overtake the spot with his hit Lil Wayne collaboration, in its peak position this week. Miley Cyrus stays close to the top as well with "Party in the U.S.A.," at #3 this week. Her single is actually the #1 selling digital single in the country this week.

Jay-Z is down to #4 with "Run This Town," his single with Rihanna and Kanye West. His other entry on the chart, "Empire State of Mind" with Alicia Keys, is down from #5 to #10 this week. Jason DeRulo makes the switch from #10 to #5 with his single "Whatcha Say."

Taylor Swift drops to #6 with her #1 radio hit "You Belong With Me," while Lady GaGa continues at #7 with her hit, "Paparazzi." Kings of Leon continue in the top 10 at #8 this week with "Use Somebody," while Mariah Carey climbs back in to the top 10 at #9 with "Obsessed," from her just-released new album "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel."
