Def Leppard Calls Off North American Tour Dates

English rockers Def Leppard have cancelled the North American leg of their tour. The band apologized to the fans, citing the reason for their decision as "unforeseen personal matters."

The group - Rick Savage, Joe Elliot, Rick Allen, Phil Collen, and Vivian Campbell - were due to play 23 dates on the final leg of their road show.

A post on their website reads: "Due to unforeseen personal matters, the third leg of Def Leppard's North American Tour, set to begin on October 22nd, has been cancelled."

"We know how truly blessed we are to have such committed fans. That's why we've agonized over this decision. Even if just a single concert, we don't take cancelling shows lightly, but unfortunately life's commitments need to be the priority."

Refunds are available at the point of purchase.
