Hilary Duff heads a mix of eclectic artists for the "What Goes Up" soundtrack, the soundtrack to the new film which features Duff, Steve Coogan, and "The Wackness" stars Josh Peck and Olivia Thirlby.

The soundtrack is already available for purchase on iTunes.

"Any Other Day," a song written by Duff and film writers Jonathan Glatzer and Robert Lawson, is the first single. The electro-pop tinged single features mixing from DJ and renowned remixer Richard Vission.

The soundtrack, which will see a physical release on May 5th, also features music from New York band The Innocent Bystanders and British rockers Electrelane, who both contribute 4 cuts to the soundtrack.

Composer Roddy Bottum, Jeremy Wall, Anthony Miranda, and Al Sagro & Brendan Hines are also featured. David Bowie contribues his classic, "Heroes," to the LP.

The film, set in the mid 80's, is about a reporter sent to cover the Space Shuttle launch only to get mixed up in the lives of teens at a local high school.

"What Goes Up" hits theaters in select cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, and Chicago on May 29th.
