Rappers Lil Wayne and Birdman are hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit by a man who alleges the duo used his voice on their album tracks without his permission. Florida native Thomas Marasciullo claims his voice was used without permission or pay on their tracks from their joint album "Like Father, Like Son," as well as some tracks on Birdman's "5 (Star) Stunna." He alleges in a lawsuit filed Friday that the two hip-hop acts asked him to record some "Italian-styled spoken word recordings" in 2006. He discovered his work had been used when his daughter came across their rappers' "Respect" track when trying to buy a ringtone. Marasciullo is also suing record company Cash Money Records and various distribution outlets. He is seeking an unspecified amount of damages. Lil Wayne is facing another legal drama.
