Mary J. Blige, Sugarland, And Usher To Perform On "Christmas In Washington"

Mary J. Blige, Sugarland, and Usher are just some of the names set to appear at this year's "Christmas in Washington," the annual holiday concert airing on TNT on Sunday, December 20th at 8pm ET/PT.

In addition to superstar acts Blige, Usher, and Sugarland, Neil Diamond and Rob Thomas will perform holiday classics as well. George Lopez, taking a break from hosting his own new late night show "Lopez Tonight," will host the event.

"We take pride in presenting 'Christmas in Washington' each year as we bring together musical artists from a variety of genres for a fantastic holiday concert," said Michael Wright, executive vice president and head of programming for TNT, TBS and TCM. "This year, we're especially thrilled to welcome a lineup of top-name performers and an equally amazing host, George Lopez. Together, they will make this a holiday celebration to remember."

"Christmas in Washington" is attended by the President and First Lady, among other important guests and benefits the National Children's Medical Center. "Christmas in Washington" is now its 28th year and TNT's 11th broadcast of the annual holiday event.
