Paris Hilton's Brother Barron Plans To Launch Music Career

Paris Hilton's younger brother, Barron Hilton, recently revealed that he's pursuing a career in music and recording tracks at his apartment. The 19-year-old is also in talks with Viacom to develop a reality show.

"I want to be an international singer-songwriter," Hilton tells The New York Post adding that he is "sick of all the Hilton stuff, where all anyone cared about was whether I was doing coke in the bathroom........ I'm done with partying and travelling."

While the teenager has not been signed to a label, he has begun recording tracks in his Upper East Side apartment in New York.

Regarding his upcoming reality show with Viacom he said, "It's gonna be like The Hills, but real. This is gonna show the meetings, the production side, the recording side."

"I just want people to say, 'Wow, this song really moved me, or made me cry.'"

His older sister Paris made her singing debut with 2006 LP Paris, which included the U.K. top five single "Stars Are Blind."
