Web sensation Susan Boyle is recording her first album with mega-producer Simon Cowell. The "Britain's Got Talent" runner-up is taking a time from the show's tour to record her first song.

Cowell, judge and creator of "BGT," says they are taking their time as to not put much pressure on their most famous product.

He told People magazine, "She sounds fantastic on record. She's so good, the album is not just going to be show tunes. We're going to take our time with this."

The 48-year-old Scottish singer stunned the audience and the world when footage of her "BGT" audience was uploaded onto the Web. Her unexpectedly amazing rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" stunned everyone.

However, after placing only second at the show's finals, she was hospitalized of exhaustion the next day. She also missed several "BGT" tour dates last month after doctors advised her to rest.
