Naomi Watts Gives Birth To A Boy

Naomi Watts has given birth to a baby boy. The actress and her long-term partner actor Liev Schreiber welcomed their second child into the world on Saturday.

Although the couple are remaining tight-lipped on their new addition's name, the actress' representative said: "I can confirm Naomi and Liev had a baby boy."

No other details, including the tot's weight, have yet been released.

Watts and Schreiber started dating after meeting on the set of 2006 film "The Painted Veil" and already have a 16-month-old son Alexander together.

Motherhood seems to agree with the Australian actress, who excitedly said of her eldest child: "He's turning pages in the book. He's crawling and standing up. He can wave. I read 'Goodnight Moon' to him every night."

Earlier this year, Watts revealed she regretted not starting a family sooner.

The 40-year-old star said: "Honestly, have a baby. It's the best! I left it too late. I'd love to have one more. I'd love to have two more. Or three!"

Last week, Schreiber admitted his fears about Alexander - nicknamed Sasha by his parents - having a sibling.

The actor said: "I can't imagine having two, I need my sleep. But, if he's anything like Sasha, how could you resist?"
