Octomom Dodges Foreclosure Proceedings

March 25, 2010 Heart, Nadya Suleman

Octomom and her brood of fourteen still have a home to live in. The man who sold the La Habra house to Nadya Suleman and her dad has had a change of heart and allowed them to live in the house for a few more months after they promised to pay him back.

Because Octo's father failed to pay the required to make \$450,000 balloon payment on March 10, Amer Haddadin threatened to begin foreclosure proceedings on the house. The dad and his unemployed daughter are also behind three monthly payments.

But the dad's lawyer sent a letter to Haddadin, telling him that they are willing to pay the monthly payment and guarantee payments for the next months if Haddadin takes back his foreclosure threat, TMZ said.

They are also asking for a few more months to pay the final, balloon payment.

Haddadin relented.
