Orlando Bloom is engaged. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor sparked rumors he has asked his long-term girlfriend Miranda Kerr to marry him after the Australian supermodel was spotted wearing a gold diamond band on her ring finger.

Miranda's representative Carlii Lyon refused to confirm or deny the reports, saying: "I am aware of the images. However, I am not in a position to comment."

Miranda recently flew from New York to France to join Orlando at the Cannes Film Festival.

She stayed overnight before returning to the U.S. for work, prompting speculation he proposed before her flight home.

Last November, it was reported the pair were planning to tie the knot but their representatives immediately dismissed the rumors.

Miranda has previously admitted she is keen to settle down and start a family.

She has said: "My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch. I've always wanted kids, so someday, eventually, yes, it will happen."
