Patricia Arquette's Husband Arrested for DUI |

According to TMZ, actor Thomas Jane, star of the movie "The Punisher" and husband to actress Patricia Arquette, was arrested on Monday morning and charged with driving under the influence. Jane was pulled over at around 3 a.m. in a late-model Maserati for speeding on I-5 in Kern County, California when he was arrested. TMZ also reported that Jane failed to pass a series of sobriety tests which included a breathalyzer. He was charged with two misdemeanors of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08%. His arraignment is scheduled for April 9. Jane, who real name is Thomas Elliot, has made guest appearances on the series that Arquette stars in called 'Medium' on NBC. Arquette and Jane also have a five-year-old daughter together, Harlow. |
