The Oscar winning actress appeared on the set for the much anticipated sequel "Sex and the City 2" on October 12th. While to regular cast were filming a scene in the lobby bar of The Empire Hotel in New York City, they got a shock when Penelope Cruz entered.
It has been reported that Penelope Cruz is playing a women that Mr. Big is flirting with during the premiere after party of Samantha's ex boyfriend Smith Jerrod's new movie. Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw then catches the promiscuity in action.
Even though it appears that the love and marriage of Carrie and Big is not going well, an insider told Life & Style that they are getting on well off screen; "You can tell that Chris Noth and Sarah Jessica Parker really like working together. She would put her hand on his shoulder a lot when she would laugh or tell a story. Like a friend you've had for years."
Other stars that have been said to be starring in the sequel to the first film that was released back in 2008 are Miley Cyrus and Liza Mineli. The movie is set to be released in spring 2010.
