Pete Doherty has been receiving preferential treatment inside the prison after being given his own cell and a bunk with two mattresses. This apparently angers his inmates, reports claim.
The Babyshambles lead was imprisoned on April 8 for breaching a probation order. He is expected to serve for 14 weeks.
However, after only a week of incarceration at Wormwood Scrubs, Doherty, 29, has reportedly infuriated jail mates for having privileges. He is said to be in the segregation wing with other guys with major offenses.
A source says, "He's in the segregation unit because of who he is. It's thought he could be vulnerable. He's been put on enhanced privileges, which means he can have virtually what he wants, so that includes an extra mattress, TV and radio.
"It's basically the five-star treatment, which takes most prisoners weeks of good behavior to achieve."
