Piers Morgan Slams Madonna's Charity Work In Malawi

According to "Britain's Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan, not every celebrity has good intentions when it comes to their charity work. The outspoken television personality has recently blasted singer Madonna for her charity work in Malawi, saying he feels "uncomfortable" with celebrities and the causes they support.

Britain's Female First web site reports that Piers is cynical about stars such as Madonna because he believes they treat their charity work the same as a "fashion accessory."

Piers tells British magazine Recognize, "I feel uncomfortable sometimes about the motives of celebrities and some charity work I see going on."

He adds: "I regard anything Madonna does with deep cynicism. There are people out there who literally view charitable work, from what I can see as a fashion accessory."

Madonna has been giving a helping hand to the central-African country of Malawi for the past four years and has built the Raising Malawi Foundation to help promote education for the country's children. She has also adopted two children from the impoverished nation.
