Pregnant Ashlee Simpson Trying Different Foot Massages To Induce Labor

Ashlee Simpson has been trying "different foot massages" to induce labor. The 24-year-old pop star - who is expecting her first child with husband Pete Wentz - is so desperate to give birth she has been testing out a variety of treatments which are said to bring on the labor process.

Ashlee's sister Jessica told U.S. TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres Monday: "She has been trying different foot massages and stuff. I don't know. I think she's really just jumping around trying everything right now."

Jessica - who denied internet reports suggesting "Little Miss Obsessive" singer Ashlee had gone into labor over the weekend - also revealed Ashlee and Fall Out Boy rocker Pete are thinking about medically inducing labor if it doesn't naturally happen soon.

She added during the show, which airs Wednesday: "They're going to have to. It's already developing really quickly."

Pete revealed two weeks ago that Ashlee was due "at any moment," and sparked rumors his wife was giving birth after canceling an appearance on hit U.S. TV show "Larry King Live" due to "breaking news and scheduling conflicts."
