Rebecca Romjin Says Clothing Is Her Secret To Her Postnatal Slim Figure

Rebecca Romijn wears control underwear "under everything." The "Ugly Betty" actress - who has four-month-old twins Charlie and Dolly with husband Jerry O'Connell - insists she has made no effort to shed her pregnancy weight, and puts her new slim figure down to help from clever clothing.

She said: "I'm not pretending to be back to the shape I was in beforehand anyway. I still have a way to go - I've got Spanx underneath almost everything."

Despite claiming she hasn't embarked on a strict exercise regime, the 36-year-old actress has lost 60lbs since the birth.

Rebecca added to U.S. TV show 'Extra': "I think within the first three weeks, I took off like 35 lbs without doing anything! I haven't been able to work out that much because I have twins. It's impossible to get back into a regular schedule."

"Breastfeeding is the very best diet I've been on. It's amazing. It's like you have to eat 5,000 extra calories a day or you can't produce enough food for them."

The star added she has no problem telling her children apart as they look totally different.

She said: "One looks just like Jerry. Her name is Charlie and the other one looks just like me. Her name is Dolly. She's a blonde and Charlie is a brunette and I think they are both just gorgeous."
