Ricky Martin has posted a touching photo of his twin sons on Twitter. The 'Livin' La Vida Loca' singer celebrated Valentino and Matteo - his children through an unknown surrogate mother - recently turning one with a day at the beach and shared a series of intimate family snaps with his fans.

In one picture, the tanned star - clad just in swimming shorts - smiles into the camera, clutching a tot in each arm.

In another, he is seen building sand castles with the boys, and he also posted individual pictures of the children riding their toy trucks.

Ricky, 37, is loving fatherhood and insists he is raising the children single-handedly.

He has previously said: "I don't have a nanny. I'm doing this on my own because I don't want to miss a moment. I'm the one who changes the diapers, the one that feeds them, the one that bathes them, the one that puts them to sleep.

"Valentino loves to sleep. I call him 'Mr. Peace and Love' because he's so chilled and serene. Matteo is more alert and active."
