RIP John Ingle

.com/celebs2/john_ingle'>John Ingle just finished taping his last episode on General Hospital. The actor has played Edward Quartermaine for practically almost two decades now. This Saturday, days after his last taping, he died at the age of 84.

It has been reported that ever since his wife died in February, he'd been sick for a while. Who wouldn't be sick if someone you loved for 58 years died and left you behind?

Ingle started out his career being a drama teacher at Hollywood High back in the 80's. But he was more known as the actor who played on General Hospital and Days of Our Lives. Aside from that, however, he is actually the narrator of the beloved kids movie The Land Before Time that also inspired a TV show, also narrated by John.
