Roseanne Barr's Ex-Husband Suing Her Over Plane Tickets Deal

Roseanne Barr's ex-husband, not named Tom Arnold, has sued the comedienne for letting him pay for his own plane tickets. Ben Thomas filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking a judge to force Roseanne to honor their deal.

Ben, her former bodyguard-turned-husband-number-three, alleges that Roseanne decided she wanted to move to Hawaii with their 15-year-old son. He gave her permission to move to the Aloha state, with the condition that she agreed to buy him and his new wife tickets to Hawaii every month for 10 days.

The agreement was reduced to writing.

But according to the legal docs he filed, which were obtained by TMZ, Roseanne canceled his plane tickets just hours before his first flight. She then sent him an email, saying, "I decided that I'm no longer interested in abiding by this ridiculous arrangement."

"You want to visit [our son]? Buy yourself a ticket, book a room… See you in court."

Ben ultimately paid for his own 1st class tickets to Hawaii and "ate at inexpensive restaurants, rented a Dodge Charger, and filled up with gas at Costco."

He is asking a judge to force the 57-year-old actress to honor their deal and reimburse him for the trip and his other expenses.

Roseanne married Ben in 1995, but divorced him in 2002.
