Sean Penn Selling His Spanish-Style Mansion For $15 Million

August 15, 2008

Sean Penn is selling his house for $15 million. The actor has put the 1933 Spanish-style property in Marin County, California, he shares with wife Robin Wright Penn, who he recently reunited with, on the market.

The impressive 10,000 sq ft home - which the couple purchased for $2.1 million in 1996 shortly after they got married and spent over two years renovating - is situated on 2.2 acres and comes complete with a gym, office and a three-car garage. Also situated on the grounds is a two-bedroom guest cottage which boasts its own tennis court and pool.

Robin filed for divorce from Sean last December citing irreconcilable differences.

However, the couple - who have two teenage children, daughter Dylan Frances and son Hopper Jack - called off proceedings in April by filing a one-page document at Marin County Superior Court.
