Shar Jackson Claims Fans Will Be Shocked By Kevin Federline's Weight Loss

Photos of a very heavy Kevin Federline have been circulating the web for some months now, with many people laughing over the shots of K-Fed carrying Subway sandwiches or a pizza. But the ex-husband of Britney Spears may have the last laugh.

The pseudo-celebrity joined the ranks of C-list contestants on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" and his ex-girlfriend and mother of his two other children says fans will be surprised by the results. Shar Jackson was also a contestant on the show.

Jackson told Usmagazine.com on November 20 at Home of the Holidays Gift Lounge event in Los Angeles, "I think everybody will be very, very shocked to see the end results."

Though they were both on the show, Jackson says they both worked out individually and didn't team up. The 33-year-old actress continued saying, "He was on his journey and I was on mine."

The new season, which finished shooting on November 19, will premiere in January on VH1.
