Sharon Stone Wanted Her 8-Year-Old Son To Have Botox Treatment To Cure His Smelly Feet

October 1, 2008 07:15 am CDT

Sharon Stone wanted her adopted eight-year-old son to have Botox treatment to cure his smelly feet, it has been claimed.

Sharon's custody battle with ex-husband Phil Bronstein has prompted a San Francisco judge to say in a Tentative Statement of Decision the actress "appears to overreact to many medical issues involving her son Roan."

In the Superior Court papers, the judge wrote: "One example of an overreaction is that Stone suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor."

"As his father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the problem, avoiding any invasive procedure on this young child."

Sharon also believed Roan had a spinal condition, when he was actually suffering from constipation.

The 50-year-old actress - who recently had her request to move Roan from his father's home in San Francisco to hers in Los Angeles denied - has also failed to meet many of the court stipulations in the custody case.

The judge writes: "Stone delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties and has simply refused to participate in counseling unless her schedule is accommodated and her demands are met."

"Such conduct on the part of any parent is unacceptable and does not serve the child's best interest. Stone is unable to provide the structure, continuity and reliability that Roan needs, and candidly, deserves."

Sharon currently sees Roan for one weekend a month as well as on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The court papers filed Tuesday are the first step in Sharon's bid to change the custody arrangements.

As well as Roan, Stone has two other sons, Laird and Quinn, who she adopted after her divorce from Bronstein.
