The 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra' actress claims her normal life is far less exciting than the escapades of her on-screen alter-egos and she admits she loves nothing better than growing her own fruit and vegetables.

She said: "I've got a cottage and a garden at home in London that I'm planting and I'm growing vegetables for the first time in my life. I can't wait to get back to my garden. It's all about my vegetables!"

Despite her glamorous career, the 27-year-old actress misses her home comforts while away on shoots.

She explained: "I love my garden, my home and my dog, so it's hard to be away."

Sienna is not the only Hollywood star who enjoys gardening.

Nicole Kidman recently admitted she is a huge fan of horticulture because it helps keep her grounded.

She said: "My new hobby is gardening - I love it! It's the Kidman women's hobby. My mother and sister are both keen gardeners but it's a path I had never taken before."
