Simon Cowell is over 11 out of 10 in bed, says his ex-girlfriend. Former pop star Sinitta - who works with the music mogul on his hit U.K. reality TV show "The X Factor" - claims Simon does not disappoint when it comes to sex.

She said: "Sorry boys, it's true, he's rich and good."

Sinitta - who Simon dated 18 years ago - has been a shoulder to cry on for the star following the recent demise of his six-year relationship with Terri Seymour.

A source said: "Sinitta and Simon have become much closer although Simon insists they're just good friends. He prides himself on staying friends with exes."

Earlier this week, the 49-year-old was seen enjoying a night out with another ex-girlfriend - former Miss Nude U.K. Jackie St Claire.

A source said: "They looked like they were having a good time, although romance didn't seem to be on the menu. It seemed as though Simon just needed to spend time with a close friend to help him get over his split."
