The party was held at the Pacific Design Center and Sofia reportedly got in at around 1am with an urge to dance. And dance she did.

Modern Family actually won Best Comedy Series in this year's Emmy's. So, it's not unusual to see its stars celebrating to the tune of .com/celebs/gloria_estefan'>Gloria Estefan's Conga.
