The Emmy® nominated actress announced the news online from the shoot of her first advertising campaign that will debut in January 2012.

One of The New York Times' Most Beautiful Faces to Watch in 2010 and a member of People's latest "Most Beautiful" issue, Vergara is well-known for her role on ABC's Modern Family, can be seen in the upcoming films "The Smurfs", "Happy Feet 2", "New Years Eve" and "The Three Stooges", and was named by Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter as one of Hispanic entertainment's most talented and powerful women.
