Steven Tyler - Idol is Not His Cup Of Tea

It's pretty old news that .com/celebs3/steven_tyler'>Steven Tyler will not be going back as a judge for American Idol. However, even if Tyler said he loved every minute of working for Idol, he somehow has different views when interviewed by Rolling Stone.

Steven tells all and confesses that Idol was just not his cup of tea. He even said that it was just something he did when his band, .com/celebs/aerosmith'>Aerosmith, was overcoming some problems.

Amidst all these, however, he still admits that he had nothing bad to say about his co-judges, Randy and J. Lo. It was more of the fact that he had to criticize new talent and he didn't enjoy doing that.

Don't fret! Even if Tyler is out of the show, .com/celebs/mariah_carey'>Mariah Carey is officially in it. While there are rumors that .com/celebs/nick_jonas'>Nick Jonas and .com/celebs/pharrell_williams'>Pharrell Williams will join her too!
