Sylvester Stallion reported to have paid his late half-sister millions after he abused her for years

Actor Sylvester Stallone is reported to have paid his half sister Toni-Ann Filiti 1.2 million pounds and 10,500 pounds per month for the rest of her life after she threatened to destroy his career,accusing him of having abused her for years.

Legal papers obtained by the New York Post inform that the actor was threatened with a lawsuit in 1987,but he opted to settle out of court.In the process,he also set up a trust fund,where he deposited 31,500 pounds a year for her psychiatric and medical expenses.

Sylvester's sister died last year at the age of 48.

Defending her super star son, Sylvester's mother Jackie said her son fell victim of blackmail from a woman who abused drugs.

According to Jackie, Toni was a drug addict who would do anything for money so when Sylvester become famous,she took advantage of him.

Jackie Stallion said "There were too many conflicting stories.At the time,he was very hot and his lawyers advised him to give her something to shut her up".

Not refusing to back down,Toni's son Edd,19,said Stallone have made their mother to be the black sheep.

Edd claims that his mother told her about the abuse she had gone through when she was in hospital last year.

A Stallone rep said that famous people fall victim of black mail from family members and associates who fabricate claims in order to extort payments from them.

The 66-year old actor last year lost his half sister,and his 36-year old son.
