Taylor Swift Announces "Speak Now" World Tour

Taylor Swift is heading back out on the road for her latest world tour, this time hitting 19 countries in 2011 in support of her blockbuster new album "Speak Now."

"Speak Now" sold over a million copies in its first week and Swift will play for over a million fans next year across 87 stadiums and arenas, kicking off February 9th in Singapore.

The "Taylor Swift Speak Now World Tour 2011" will kick off its North American leg on May 27th in Omaha, NB and continue on through October 8th, where she finally wraps in Dallas, TX. During her latest world tour, she'll hit cities like Tokyo, Oslo, Paris, London, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Nashville.

The tour will also include six stadium shows, with stops at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, Detroit's Ford Field, Pittsburgh's Heinz Field, Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field, Dallas's Cowboys Stadium, and Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium, which holds over 80,000 people.

"I'm so excited to go back out on tour again in 2011!" Taylor Swift said in a statement. "The Fearless Tour was so much fun and even more unforgettable than I ever imagined, and I can't wait to get back out and play my new music from 'Speak Now'! "

The fans have been so amazing, and I'm thrilled to play in new cities around the world and meet even more of my fans in 2011!" she continued.

Cover Girl will sponsor the tour's North American leg and tickets are expected to start at $25. Swift's last tour, the "Fearless 2009/2010 Tour," sold out arenas and stadiums in 88 cities across 107 dates.
