Taylor Swift Shows Skin in White Cutout Gown at 2012 ACM Awards

Taylor Swift looked positively stunning in a floor-length, white gown at 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday. Despite being known for her conservative style, the country cutie gave the boys something to talk about by showing a little bit of skin in her elegant cutout dress.

Unfortunately, Taylor's date, cancer-stricken teen Kevin McGuire, was not at ceremony due to his recent hospitalization.

USA Today reports that McGuire, who was invited to the ACMs after Taylor turned down his invite to the prom, was admitted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with a 103-degree fever earlier in the week.

"I am so sorry to announce this devastating news, but Kevin was admitted to the hospital last night, and is unable to attend the Academy of Country Music Awards with Taylor Swift," McGuire's sister Victoria wrote on his Facebook page. "We appreciate everything you have done for us, and we know you are all hurt from this too."

Reportedly, the teen had previously undergone a week on intense chemotherapy that left his immune system too weak for the flight to Las Vegas, where Swift is set to take home the Entertainer of the Year award at the 2012 ACMs.
