Teresa Giudice's husband arrested over fraud charges

According to New York Post, Joe was arrested by cops late Friday for using his brother's ID and personal information to get a new license at a motor vehicle office in Paterson.

It can be recalled that last year, his license was suspended after hitting a utility pole and failing a breathalyzer test. He also spent several days in jail for driving without a license in September.

He is now being charged of fraudulent use of an ID and forgery, which can mean a prison term of up to 10 years.

Joe was released from jail after two friends posted $50,000 bond over the weekend. He is said to plead "not guilty" Monday when he goes back to court, according to RadarOnline.com.
