Tila Tequila Lost Round 1 In Ex-Boyfriend Shawn Merriman's Lawsuit

Tila Tequila has lost the first round of the $2 million lawsuit NFL star ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman filed against her. Because she did not respond to the suit, the court has entered a default judgment against her.

The San Diego Chargers player sued Tequila for the naked rant she made on her live Ustream page last year, in which she claimed Merriman "choked and attacked" her, "sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs," wouldn't date fellow African Americans, and manufactures drugs in his home.

Merriman claims Tequila admitted that she was just lying, saying "yes that is why I did a 'spin' now… cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me."

Because of the lies, he lost several business deals. He is suing the former MySpace popularity queen of intentional interference with contract and unfair competition, including trademark infringement because she used his "Lights Out" logo on her website.

Tequila never officially responded to the claim, so the judge ruled a default judgment, according to TMZ.

Maybe she just forgot to respond because the attention-loving reality TV star was busy bashing others on her website and posing for pictures to photogs to see how she "grieves" her fiancée Casey Johnson.

Meanwhile, she has just found another way to extend her time in the spotlight. She showed RadarOnline.com the sonogram proving that, after countless false pregnancy claims, she is now indeed pregnant.

She won't reveal who the father is, but she assured that he is someone "known" in the entertainment industry. She also said that her pregnancy had the blessing of her late fiancée as she planned the whole thing with Johnson, saying they were ready to start a family.

Just in December, Tequila claimed she is pregnant with her brother and his wife's child. Of course, just like any other claims, that wasn't true.
